Mindfulness - We lower the noise level such that the most subtle sensations and the quietest whispers of thoughts can be noticed. Thus we can bring unconscious contents into awareness and work with them.
Stop trying so hard. This can be used as a mantra that is especially useful when life seems to not be going smoothly or in times of despair. It is a way of surrendering, of just accepting what the universe has to offer. It creates an openness and softness towards the moment. You may find your body softening as you speak this mantra.
See the world without reference to yourself. Remove labels from objects in your world. Labels like, attractive person, things we like or don't like, bad or good, well dressed or poorly dressed, etc. Feel the vibrancy of the world around you in the truth of it's beingness. Dance with the moment as it is - giving your all, embracing all.
