"Joy is the radiance of the heart when Truth is appreciated." - The Pearl Beyond Price- A.H. Almaas
Body-centered work is a very fast way to access unconscious patterns and beliefs. The patterns of how you respond to life challenges are stored in your body and can be accessed with mindful awareness. In my work I maintain a view that each of us is a wonderful perfect organism, thus providing a safe environment in which the client can move towards wholeness. Maintaining an atmosphere of curiosity and acceptance enables us to explore ourselves in a safe and non-judgmental way. Working with me you will have the opportunity to learn what you believe about yourself in relation to the world in an experiential way and to find new ways of interacting. Some of these beliefs may be limiting, and when brought into awareness can be changed, thus giving you choices you didn't know you had before, and releasing you from fear.
"This is very subtle work. John has a unique combination of strength and sensitivity that creates the safety necessary for touching into these places [pattern that was laid down at about age two]. I am already making new choices and taking different actions as a result of the clarity that came out of that session." -Andrea Sea Namasté
